Information we collect

Account details include your verified sign-in email, name, phone and any optional business or delivery details you provide. Quotes and orders include the products, sizes, quantities and artwork you select. We record marketing consent, its date, source and any opt-out. Browser notifications use device/browser subscription identifiers and your notification preferences.

How we use it

We use your details to manage your account, respond to quotes, fulfil orders and provide support. Email offers and news require the separate email-marketing checkbox. Registering or buying does not automatically subscribe you. The first-order offer does not require marketing consent.

Service providers and overseas processing

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. Cloudflare hosts the website and account records, Stripe processes payments, and our form/email provider delivers requests. Where enabled, OneSignal handles browser notifications. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand site use through cookies and interaction data. Providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Their services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell customer email lists.

Your choices

You can change email preferences in your account or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email without logging in. Requests are applied immediately to our mailing database. Order and quote updates are separate. Browser notifications are optional and can be turned off through your account or browser settings.

Access, corrections and complaints

To request access, correct information, request deletion or raise a privacy concern, call 0499 507 265 or contact us through the contact form. We retain details needed for orders, support and applicable record-keeping obligations, and consent/suppression records needed to honour your marketing choices. We assess deletion requests against these obligations. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

Customer account data is protected by sign-in and server-side account checks. Administration and marketing exports require the owner’s admin access. Only subscribed customers are included in marketing exports.
